We are a privately owned company founded in 1993. The company's principal owner, Craig M Lehat P.E.,P.L.S started his career in 1969 with the Town of Babylon Highway Engineering Department and the The Town of Babylon Planning Dept. He is a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer, New York State Licensed Land Surveyor and a Certified Energy Star HERS Rater.
Our clients include governmental agencies, commercial and residential developers, attorneys, title companies and health-care facilities.
